When we stepped on stage in Oxford last June, it was the first time we had
played together in 18 years. The buzz we all got from that week was just
incredible. To be reunited as a band and to finally get to play Donington and
'Download Festival' was truly unbelievable for Little Angels. Whilst we
genuinely thought that would be the end of it, we all realised that we couldn't
leave it at that.
The 'One More For The Road' tour gave us the chance to visit some of our
favourite stomping grounds around the UK and once again we were blown away by
the incredible response you showed us at each gig. It was truly humbling to see
that after the best part of twenty years, the music that meant so much to us all
the first time round still resonated with us all today. The final gig of the
tour, at Shepherds Bush Empire, was an unforgettable night as at the time we
genuinely thought that would once again be that. The only downside was to not
have Mark Rich there to share the night with us.
Now, as we approach the June dates in Cardiff, Cambridge and the Isle Of Wight,
we've finally been able to confirm Mark Rich for the shows and we are all
feeling that this time really will be our swan song. Just as we did that night
at the Royal Albert Hall in 1994, we have always wanted to leave nothing but
positive memories and a lasting legacy for Little Angels. The last year has been
full of nothing but good times for us as a band and we are eternally grateful to
you all for giving us the chance to come together as both friends and band mates
once again.
But now, we all feel it is the right time to once again go our separate ways and
bring to an end the final chapter of Little Angels. To be given the chance to
play the main stage at the Isle Of Wight Festival on Sunday 16th June seems like
a fitting way for us to take our final bow and to say one last thank you, from
the bottom of our hearts, for all the support and love you have shown us.

ballads. He’s used the grit, determination and will to succeed that made him a
double world champion to focus on pursuing his first passion in life: music.

Tom and I recorded one of his tunes last year. Tom is in a wheel chair and has limited movement in his arms and hands- He has developed a completely unique way of playing slide guitar- and I mean completely unique. The track is called Journeyman Blues -
Nick Boyes from blow is on bass and our dear friend Mike Sturgis on drums. I did a bit of telecaster too- Toms tune is nominated for 'Best original British Blues Song' please vote- its important!!
